Class details
What time do classes start and end?
The class start time is indicated on the Class confirmation letter you will receive via email. Unless otherwise indicated, classes begin at 9:00 am. Classes end at approximately 4:00 pm. There is a lunch break as well as 15-minute mid-morning and mid afternoon breaks.
How do I know that I am confirmed for a class?
After your payment (credit card, purchase order or check) has been received and the class has been confirmed you will be sent an email confirmation notification.
What's the appropriate clothing attire for class attendance?
Casual attire is recommended.

What do I receive with onsite training?
Generally, pricing for an onsite class includes a Unica instructor, student materials, and use of Unica's mobile classroom. Please contact your regional Unica Training Center to fully understand how many students can be accommodated. Instructor travel expenses are billed at cost to the customer.

Payment
When do my course fees have to be paid?
For public courses a payment method should be provided at the time of registration. In order for a registration to be confirmed, a payment method must be received by Unica before the first day of instruction.
What forms of payment are accepted for training?
Cancellation
What is the cancellation policy for Unica Education Services?
Requests for cancellations or date transfers need to be received by Unica Education Services at least ten (10) business days prior to the event start date in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation or reschedule request is received less than ten (10) business days before the start date, a penalty of 50% of the cost of the course will be applied. If a cancellation or reschedule request is received less than five (5) business days before the start date, a penalty of 100% of the cost of the course will be applied. “No shows” will be charged the full price of the class.
What happens if Unica needs to cancel or reschedule a class?
Unica reserves the right to cancel events for any reason at any time. If this should happen, course fees will be refunded. Unica will not reimburse registrants for any other costs, including but not limited to any travel cancellation fees or penalties, airfare and hotel costs.
How will I know if my course has been rescheduled?
Unica Education Services reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to low enrollment or due to other circumstances. Education Services will contact you via e-mail or phone to inform you of the change of schedule. Once you haven been notified you may reschedule or receive a full credit. Education Services shall not be liable for any other costs including but not limited to any non-refundable travel arrangements if a course is rescheduled or cancelled.
