Jason Joseph Jason W. Joseph, vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary, is responsible for advice and strategic counsel on all legal matters, including corporate governance, securities, intellectual property, and mergers and acquisitions issues.

Prior to joining Unica, Joseph served as general counsel and secretary at MapInfo Corporation, a global provider of location intelligence solutions. Joseph directed MapInfo's global legal department where he supported management and acquisition activities, including Pitney Bowes's recent acquisition of MapInfo. Joseph also worked at Schiff Hardin & Waite in Chicago, IL, and Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP in Boston, MA, where he served as junior partner concentrating on merger and acquisition transactions.

Joseph received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola University Chicago and received his Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University School of Law.
